With outdoor faucets you should consider having three put in. If your plan is to have an outdoor deck or patio have outlets installed near it.Another nice idea is having extra outlets put next to windows or doors.
The cabinet over the refrigerator or any other cabinet you prefer, have it made deep with partitions that are removable for your cookie sheets and baking pans. To help your back out, have some drawers in the kitchen extra deep so you can put the pots and pans in.
